Partial Hospitalization Program
Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHPs) provide intense mental health treatment for individuals needing substantial care but don’t need to stay in the hospital all the time. These programs offer structured therapy and medical attention during the day, letting patients return home in the evenings, which gives them a balance between treatment and personal time.
PHPs are made to assist with different mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder using individual therapy, group therapy, and managing medications. The goal of this care is to stabilize patients, decrease symptoms, and avoid full hospitalization, helping them recover in a less limiting environment.
