CASE MANAGEMENT & GROUPS
Mind & Body: Our patients are provided daily psycho-educational groups facilitated by the Case Management Team. Group topics range from Distortive thinking to Stages of Change, Emotions that challenge our recovery as well as learning new ways to cope without substances. Behavioral Health Technicians offer sunset wrap up groups at night when local 12- Step support groups are not being offered. Groups are not required but encouraged.
The goal of detox treatment is a safe and comfortable withdrawal. When choosing a detox program it is important to address the psychological aspects of addiction and dependence as well.
During a patient's stay with us, our Case Management Team will complete a Bio/Psycho/Social assessment of the patients current and post detox needs. Our Case Managers will focus on creating and implementing individualized Treatment Plans with the patient based on their specific needs and goals.

We also offer a daily group session led by a member of the clinical team. Each patient also receives a daily one-on-one meeting with a member of our clinical team.
*All group sessions are optional if a patient is not feeling well enough to attend.
Our individual sessions help guide patients through their journey from intake to discharge. Our clinical team focuses on finding the right aftercare solution to make the continuation of the patient's journey to sobriety seamless. The clinical team can also help patients handle anxiety, fears of the unknown, fears of failure or success, and help them understand relapse triggers and methods of coping.
Areas of focus for group sessions include relapse prevention, stress reduction, relaxation, and the stages of change.
