A detox center can have polished marketing, professional photos, and pages of promises. None of that tells you what happens at two in the morning when someone is anxious, sick, and questioning whether they can make it through another hour.
That’s where reviews become useful.
Not because every review is accurate. They aren’t. People write when they’re especially grateful or deeply frustrated, and both emotions can exaggerate the story. Even so, when enough experiences start pointing in the same direction, patterns appear. Those patterns often reveal more than a brochure ever could.
